Fitness that’s about you.

When you decide that you’re ready to commit to your health and wellness you’ve already taken one of the biggest steps towards reaching your goals.

Every new client completes a comprehensive questionnaire and a movement assessment, free of charge.

From there, I create a customized workout plan that takes into consideration your current fitness level and abilities, goals, schedule, commitment level, availability, space, and any other factors that impact your life.

Whether you’re adding fitness and wellness habits for the first time (or it’s been a while), or you’re looking to change up current practices, I believe that real change comes from within. My personalized approach is not only about the workout plan itself, but about working with who you are, what you do, and what’s important to you. There are countless amounts of workout and nutrition plans and approaches you can access that range from zero to thousands of dollars: but what makes it all come together is you. And what I focus on is, yes, doing the work, but also how that looks within the reality of day to day life that can be challenging and unpredictable at times.

In-Person Training

This is the ultimate accountability: Me, your trainer, with you for every workout. Sessions can be either in-person at my home, your home, or be done via Zoom. The cost is per session.

  • New workout plan at beginning of every month

  • On-going nutrition coaching

  • Access to email and texting with guaranteed 24-hour response time

HYBRID Training

This is for those who need a bit more flexibility in terms of schedule. As much as having me with you for every workout would be great, maybe your schedule is sporadic, or you travel a lot. This approach includes One In-Person session a week, but also provides with workouts you can do for the rest of the week on your own, from anywhere. This package is a fixed rate for the month.

  • One In-Person session per week

  • Workout plans to do on your own for the rest of the week

  • Customized workout tailored to you

  • New workout plan at the beginning of every month

  • Videos with explanation for consistent reference

  • On-going nutrition coaching

  • Access to email and texting with guaranteed 24-hour response time

ONLINE Training

This is for those who need total flexibility in getting in their workouts. You will receive your weekly workout plan, and then you get them done as you can. Of course, I’m always there for accountability and encouragement, and to help you build the habits to be consistent. You also get Two In-Person sessions a month to go over the exercises and anything else you may need!

  • Two In-Person sessions per month

  • Workout plans to do on your own for the rest of the week

Nutrition that’s all about you.

As you can see above, all training options include “On-going nutrition coaching”. This is because nutrition is a on-going, ever-present need in all our lives. My approach as an Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor is one that is rooted in progress not perfection, and through conversation. Intuitive Eating is an anti-diet, weight-neutral journey towards your individual version of Authentic Health. It encompasses 10 Principles that aide in a balanced and peaceful relationship with food, one free of the erratic ups and downs of restrictive diets, the stop and go of consistent nutrition, and the guilt, shame and pride of moral food labelling. How much or little you want to talk about nutrition is entirely up to you, that’s why is on-going and included in every type of training. Beyond the conversation, is a wealth of resources and practices that can be utilized as well.
