My time with Kaylee has been one of growth and healing for me in more ways than one. My main goal going into this workout experience was to improve my circulation. I've been dealing with a few chronic diseases for years. I just wanted to feel 'healthy' again. This meant more energy, better movement for my dizziness and vertigo, sweating toxins out of the body and improving mental health in turn. Kaylee has supported me along this journey with ease, encouragement, and education on the body and their function. Kaylee works with where you are at. If I'm having a more painful or headachy day, she will help me move with a recovery workout. Movement is better than no movement, especially for my blood circulation. If I'm high energy and feeling strong she will help me to challenge myself in pushing where I can handle a bit more weight or resistance. My body's muscle memory uses the good form and breathing techniques that I've learnt in my line of work as a personal support worker. I would definitely recommend Kaylee to anyone as she is flexible, caring and passionate about her work and her clientele.
